Dane received his undergraduate degree from Cal State Fullerton as well a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law in 2010. Fred graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA, and received his J.D. from Whittier Law School. After graduating, Fred spent the next 10 years working in-house on a variety of intellectual property and business transactions. During his legal career, Fred has worked on a number of real estate related transactions, including, drafting, reviewing and managing commercial real estate leases for several different properties owned and leased by various corporate entities, and acquired through mergers and acquisitions.
